
Dr. Yarime Masaru
Associate Professor, Division Of Public Policy, HKUSTProfessor Masaru YARIME is Associate Professor at the Division of Public Policy (PPOL) in the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). He also has appointments as Honorary Reader in University College London, Visiting Associate Professor in the University of Tokyo, and Visiting Scholar at Japan International Cooperation Agency Research Institute.

Helen Leung
Mercer FundWatchTM Solutions Leader, AsiaHelen Leung leads the strategic expansion and growth for Mercer FundWatch, the digital delivery proposition of an investment ratings service providing research and ratings on funds available to individual investors and their financial advisors.
Before joining Mercer, Helen was the Managing Director Head of Greater China Institutional Business, a SFC RO & MIC and a member of the board of directors at the Ninety One Hong Kong Limited (previously Investec Asset Management Hong Kong) for 11 years.
Prior to this, she was the SVP & Head of North Asia Business Development at Neuberger Berman Hong Kong (previously Lehman Brothers Asset Management Asia) for over three years.
Her past responsibilities covered traditional and alternative asset classes, firm profile building, and senior management.
Before asset management, Helen held various senior positions at the corporate, institutional and transactional banking businesses of Citigroup, Deutsche Bank and Standard Chartered Bank.
Helen has served as Advisory Board Chairperson of a Hong Kong university Financial Services Degree program. She has been a school manager of an Anglican primary school, a member of the investment committee of an Anglican secondary school endowment, a council member of an Anglican church, and a treasurer at the Hong Kong Y.Elites Finance Study Group. Helen has been a member of HKRSA and a board member and fellow member of HKSI, and has served as the Chairman of the Sustainability Themed Case Competition Program 2024 and has also served on the HKSI examinations committee, the education and development committee, the corporate membership committee, and the mentorship program.
Helen holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and a Master of Science in Financial Management.

Lisa Marie Djeng
Vice Chair, Green Business Certification Inc (GBCI) Credentialing Steering Committee, U.S. Green Building CouncilLisa Marie Djeng currently serves as the Vice Chair of the U.S. Green Building Council Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI) Credentialing Steering Committee where she assists in providing strategic direction, oversight and development for GBCI’s suite of credentials (LEED, EDGE, PEER, WELL, SITES, Sustainability Excellence, Parksmart and TRUE) that validate expertise in environmental sustainability and human health within built environment.
With over twenty years of experience in the Asia Pacific investment management sector, Lisa is a seasoned portfolio manager and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) specialist. She leads ESG initiatives at a global asset management firm, drawing on her extensive background in public and private markets. Previously, Lisa was Managing Director, Portfolio Manager, and ESG Specialist at Keywise Capital Management (Hong Kong) Limited, where she managed global institutional investment mandates focused on Greater China public equities and directed the firm's ESG integration strategy. Earlier in her career, she built valuable investment analysis expertise in hedge fund and traditional asset portfolio management at HindSight Investment Management and Pacific Century Insurance Investment Management in Hong Kong, alongside providing assurance, advisory, and audit services at PriceWaterhouseCoopers Hong Kong.
Lisa earned a B.Sc. with honors in Economics from the University of Warwick, an M.Sc. in Financial Analysis from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), and an Executive MBA from the dual-degree Tsinghua-INSEAD Business School program. She holds a comprehensive portfolio of finance and sustainability certifications that underscore her deep expertise and commitment, including the SASB FSA Credential, EFFAS Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA), GRI Sustainability Professional, CFA Sustainable Investing Certificate, CFA Climate Risk Valuation and Investing Certificate, GRESB Accredited Professional (Real Estate and Infrastructure), Green Star Australia Accredited Professional (Buildings), GBCI Sustainability Excellence Associate Credential (SEA) , Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), among others.
Lisa's dedication to sustainable finance extends to her role as a subject matter expert for the IFRS Foundation Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting (FSA) credentials. She contributed to the development and review of SASB FSA Level I and II exam content. Additionally, she contributes to the Accounting for Sustainability (A4S) Academy, where she received the Impact Award in 2022.

Dr. Zhang Kun
Assistant Professor, Executive Director of Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship, PHBSZHANG Kun is a tenure-track professor of strategy & entrepreneurship at PHBS. His research interests revolve around technology innovation, startup value appropriation, and sustainable strategies. Specifically, his most recent research project looks at the patent examination at the CNIPA and its implications for research policy and innovation scholars. Specifically, his current work concerns IP regulations and the determinants of the duration and outcomes of patent examination using a novel CNIPA data set. In terms of empirical research, he is specialized in innovation economics, transaction cost economics, advanced microeconomics, as well as applied econometrics. Prior to joining PHBS, Zhang Kun obtained his doctorate in strategy and entrepreneurship from University of Colorado Boulder, and he also holds a master degree in management science from the London School of Economics in the U.K. Additionally, Kun is also an angel investor in high-tech industries.

Mike Wong
CEO, The Chamber Of Hong Kong Listed CompaniesMike Wong has over 30 years of experience in the financial services field. In his current position at the Chamber of Hong Kong Listed Companies (the “Chamber”), Mike is responsible for the operation of this listed company-focused organisation, including dealing with regulators and the stock exchange on listing rules- and regulations-related matters, providing seminars and professional trainings to directors and executives of listed companies and promoting corporate governance.
Previously, Mike worked at the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong where he held various positions at corporate communications and market development and gained in-depth knowledge about the stock market and financial products. Mike left the Exchange to join an investor relations specialist firm where he helped listed companies develop and implement investor relations programmes. In the years that followed, Mike worked with a number of international public relations firms, continuing to counsel Hong Kong and mainland listed issuers on cross-border investor communications. Immediately prior to joining the Chamber in 2006, Mike was the Hong Kong managing director of a US-based public relations company.
Mike has an MBA degree from the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology and a BA degree from the University of Hong Kong.

Prof. Anthony Cheung
GHG Protocol Independent Standards Board MemberAnthony Cheung is Managing Director and Head of ESG at one of Asia’s largest multi-manager investment platforms, where he oversees ESG integration and sustainable investment strategies. With over 20 years of experience in asset management across Europe and Asia, he served at renowned institutions including Gartmore, Pictet, and BNP Paribas.
As the first Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA) in Asia, Anthony has served on the World Benchmarking Alliance (WBA) Supervisory Board, the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Stakeholder Council, and the CFA Institute ESG Technical Committee. He contributes to climate governance as a board member of Friends of the Earth (HK) and the Hong Kong Institute of Directors.
Recognized by the 2019 Regional ESG Leader Award by Insights and Mandate, Anthony actively advocates for advancing science-based, implementable climate accounting and sustainability reporting frameworks in Asia. Anthony is a Fellow of CPA Australia and based in Hong Kong.
