Lisa Marie Djeng
Senior ESG Investing Professional, CMA CESGA SASB FSA Credential HolderLisa Marie Djeng was the Managing Director, Portfolio Manager and ESG Specialist of Keywise Capital Management (Hong Kong) Limited. She has over 20 years of experience in investment management industry. In her current role, she serves as the inhouse ESG specialist responsible for the management of ESG mandates and the integration of ESG into the investment process for multi asset classes of the Asia Pacific region. She used to be a public equities portfolio manager who managed Greater China related mandates for global institutional investors.
Before joining Keywise Capital Management in 2010, she was the Junior Portfolio Manager/Senior Investment Analyst of HindSight Investment Management, a multi-strategy hedge fund. She also served as the Senior Investment Analyst covering Asian equities with Pacific Century Insurance (PCI) Investment Management Limited (currently part of the BNP Paribas Investment Partners). She started her career as an Associate for the ABAS Consumer and Industrial Product Division of PriceWaterhouseCoopers Hong Kong.
Lisa is a European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies (EFFAS) Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA). She also holds the Certificate in ESG Investing of CFA Institute United Kingdom. She is also a Certified Management Accountant, a Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting (FSA) Credential Holder, a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), Responsible Investment Professional Certification (RIPC) Certification holder, an Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP), an EcoDistricts Accredited Professional, a Fitwel Ambassador and a Living Future Accredited Professional (LFA). She is also an Exemplar Certified Lead Auditor of ISO 9001:2015, 14001: 2015 and 45001:2018. She also attained the TRUE Zero Waste Advisor credential awarded by GBCI, ISSP-Sustainability Associate (recently renamed as Sustainability Excellence Associate SEA), Certified Governance, Risk Management and Compliance Professional (GRCP), Certified Green Project Manager (GPM-b) and UK BREEAM Associate Certification. She also completed the GRI Standard training.
Lisa graduated from the Tsinghua-INSEAD Dual Degree Executive MBA programme with Executive MBA Degree from Tsinghua University, China and MBA degree from INSEAD, France. She also holds Master’s Degree in Financial Analysis from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), Master’s Degree in Financial Management (Currently Masters in Finance) from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) of the University of London, United Kingdom. She graduated with Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom.
Lisa serves as the member of HK Institute of Certified Public Accountant (HKICPA) Investigation Panel. She is a member of CFA Institute and an individual member of the SASB Alliance. She serves as the volunteer and contributes to the SASB examination content review.
Helen Leung
Mercer FundWatchTM Solutions Leader, AsiaHelen Leung leads the strategic expansion and growth for Mercer FundWatch, the digital delivery proposition of an investment ratings service providing research and ratings on funds available to individual investors and their financial advisors.
Before joining Mercer, Helen was the Managing Director Head of Greater China Institutional Business, a SFC RO & MIC and a member of the board of directors at the Ninety One Hong Kong Limited (previously Investec Asset Management Hong Kong) for 11 years.
Prior to this, she was the SVP & Head of North Asia Business Development at Neuberger Berman Hong Kong (previously Lehman Brothers Asset Management Asia) for over three years.
Her past responsibilities covered traditional and alternative asset classes, firm profile building, and senior management.
Before asset management, Helen held various senior positions at the corporate, institutional and transactional banking businesses of Citigroup, Deutsche Bank and Standard Chartered Bank.
Helen has served as Advisory Board Chairperson of a Hong Kong university Financial Services Degree program. She has been a school manager of an Anglican primary school, a member of the investment committee of an Anglican secondary school endowment, a council member of an Anglican church, and a treasurer at the Hong Kong Y.Elites Finance Study Group. Helen has been a member of HKRSA and a board member and fellow member of HKSI, and has served as the Chairman of the Sustainability Themed Case Competition Program 2024 and has also served on the HKSI examinations committee, the education and development committee, the corporate membership committee, and the mentorship program.
Helen holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and a Master of Science in Financial Management.
Dr. Yarime Masaru
Associate Professor, Division Of Public Policy, HKUSTProfessor Masaru YARIME is Associate Professor at the Division of Public Policy (PPOL) in the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). He also has appointments as Honorary Reader in University College London, Visiting Associate Professor in the University of Tokyo, and Visiting Scholar at Japan International Cooperation Agency Research Institute.
Dr. Zhang Kun
Assistant Professor, Executive Director of Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship, PHBSZHANG Kun is a tenure-track professor of strategy & entrepreneurship at PHBS. His research interests revolve around technology innovation, startup value appropriation, and sustainable strategies. Specifically, his most recent research project looks at the patent examination at the CNIPA and its implications for research policy and innovation scholars. Specifically, his current work concerns IP regulations and the determinants of the duration and outcomes of patent examination using a novel CNIPA data set. In terms of empirical research, he is specialized in innovation economics, transaction cost economics, advanced microeconomics, as well as applied econometrics. Prior to joining PHBS, Zhang Kun obtained his doctorate in strategy and entrepreneurship from University of Colorado Boulder, and he also holds a master degree in management science from the London School of Economics in the U.K. Additionally, Kun is also an angel investor in high-tech industries.
Mike Wong
CEO, The Chamber Of Hong Kong Listed CompaniesMike Wong has over 30 years of experience in the financial services field. In his current position at the Chamber of Hong Kong Listed Companies (the “Chamber”), Mike is responsible for the operation of this listed company-focused organisation, including dealing with regulators and the stock exchange on listing rules- and regulations-related matters, providing seminars and professional trainings to directors and executives of listed companies and promoting corporate governance.
Previously, Mike worked at the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong where he held various positions at corporate communications and market development and gained in-depth knowledge about the stock market and financial products. Mike left the Exchange to join an investor relations specialist firm where he helped listed companies develop and implement investor relations programmes. In the years that followed, Mike worked with a number of international public relations firms, continuing to counsel Hong Kong and mainland listed issuers on cross-border investor communications. Immediately prior to joining the Chamber in 2006, Mike was the Hong Kong managing director of a US-based public relations company.
Mike has an MBA degree from the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology and a BA degree from the University of Hong Kong.
Dr. Allinnettes Adigue
Head, ASEAN Regional Hub Global Reporting InitiativeDr. Allinnettes Go Adigue is the Head of the ASEAN Regional Hub of the Global Reporting Initiative. As Head of GRI’s ASEAN Hub, Ally is tasked to promote the practice of sustainability reporting across Southeast Asia by working with relevant stakeholders to create a conducive policy environment for sustainable business practices, promote wider adoption of sustainability reporting and build the capacity of organizations in sustainability reporting.
A lifelong learner and a global citizen, Ally has lived in 3 continents in the past 19 years. Prior to GRI, Ally has previously worked for the academe, and both the public and private sectors. While working on her PhD, she worked as a graduate research assistant in the field of Climate Change Policy and Economics. She also worked in a retail electricity company in Singapore and for the Office of the President of the Philippines. Ally earned her PhD on Public Policy from the Crawford School of Public Policy at the Australian National University in 2017. She has two Masters degrees: one in Development Studies from the Institute of Social Studies, Erasmus University, The Netherlands; and another in Public Administration from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy in Singapore. She also has Bachelor’s degrees in Law and Political Science.
